Bill Bailey is another 1920 melody that has been fashioned into a modern band arrangement by David Marshall. This particular arrangement is patterned after the Canadian Brass arrangement and features the tuba section of the band. The Canadian Brass have become advocates for music education and as a result have published many of their arrangements for the concert band. Not only are their pieces now available for performance, they do many clinics and master classes with students, encouraging excellence in ensemble and solo playing.
